Polytrade Paper is an environmentally conscious Hong Kong based paper trading company that has been in operation for over 30 years. It provides tailor made paper products for promotional materials, publications, stationery, and packaging and aims to provide customers with paper solutions that meet and exceed their quality and environmental expectations. Its expertise has been recognized by scores of awards won since the company’s foundation.
Polytrade Paper is a pioneer in Hong Kong’s paper trading industry. It was the first to bring recycled paper products sourced from the US to Hong Kong, and the first Hong Kong paper company to be awarded an FSC COC certification by the Forest Stewardship Council.

From organizing seminars and exhibitions on carbon neutrality aimed at educating others of the concepts behind carbon footprinting to Polytrade Paper executives being invited to present at industry seminars and forums, Polytrade Paper has gained massive opportunity to demonstrate industry leadership to other companies as well as developed staff awareness and support for carbon neutrality initiatives.
Along the way in Polytrade’s achievement of PAS 2060’s requirements, as a part of its PAS 2060 certification process, Polytrade purchased carbon credits from voluntary carbon markets to offset its residual carbon emissions. In doing so, it subsidized a registered Gold Standard wind farm project in Taiwan, providing nationwide environmental and economic benefits. Additionally, as a part of its certification, Polytrade Paper began to use LED lighting in its facilities. The resulting reduction in its power demands have translated directly to a reduction in utility bills.
