Hong Kong – March 3, 2008 – The I-Consulting Group ICG an IT Outsourcing and Consulting Company was granted ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management System (QMS). Since establishment of ICG in 2003, ICG has committed to provide quality service in applying quality-of-service standards. To ensure standards are achieved and 100% customer’s satisfactions are consistently attained, a set of Standard Operating Procedures are being applied within the organization.
ICG Scored 100 out of 100 in BSI Audit
ICG’s certification process was begun in October 2007 and completed the audit with Zero Non-Compliance and was officially certified on February 27, 2008. Mr. Kim Chan, Commercial Director, Asia Pacific of BSI Management Systems presented the certificate to ICG’s Director, Mr. Andy Lau on the same day.
We selected BSI Management Systems, one of the world’s leading certification bodies that are specialized in assessment and certification of ISO Standard. Selecting BSI complies with our internal roadmap to attain ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 and now a big step is attaining ISO 9001 as a start. BSI’s auditors have identified areas of improvements, creating recommendations and implementing the recommendations; ICG has strengthened its process and ensure the consistency to improve quality service on regular and quantifiable basis.

ISO 9001:2000 is a globally recognized and respected standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements focused organization bodies’ dedication to and implementation of a dedicated, systematic and quantifiable approach to quality-of-service standards through a rigorous auditing process. QMS system provides continuous improvements in support quality, increased customer satisfaction, and a dedicated, systematic approach to overall quality management.
