ISO 22000 Auditor/Lead Auditor

Course Description

An internationally recognised standard written by the Food Industry for the Food Industry. This standard aims to harmonise the requirements for food safety management throughout the food supply chain. This two-day course will enable you to interpret the requirements of this food safety management system standard in order that you can implement the requirements when you return to your organisation. This course will also give you the skills and techniques to measure the effectiveness of your food safety management system through audit.


Who should attend?

  • delegates have prior knowledge of food safety management systems standards, auditing and knowledge of HACCP principles.  This is not mandatory, as this course is intended for those who are relatively new to ISO 22000 management system auditing, but delegates should have some food safety background.
